CIGMAN will definitely stand behind our products and provide a straightforward warranty for those product that bought from our offical website(www.kaiweets.com). If your product is damaged due to non-human factors during the warranty period (such as a significant change in accuracy, inability to measure, etc.), we will provide repair or free replacement of a new product.

This warranty does not apply to the following
1. Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, or vandalism.
2. Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
3. Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
4. Improper or inadequate maintenance.
5. Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
6. Lost or stolen products.
7. Damage in return transit.
CIGMAN and its subsidiaries assume no liability for damage caused by the use of the product other than for its intended use or as instructed in the user manual. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited to the limited warranty period.
