Return & Refund
Cigman offers a full refund for full-priced products in case they are received within 15 days of the delivery provided the following.
- Returned items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
- We recommend that you insure packages being returned for your protection, as the customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment.
- Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.
- Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost.
- Custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics, are non refundable.
Customers need to bear the freight returned to the warehouse.
Refund Terms and Conditions
- Cigman will not be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the products. Hence, we suggest you ship the product with a reputed, traceable, insured, and trustworthy shipping carrier. We aren’t responsible for any kind of a shipping fee or an import fee incurred in the return of the product.
- Damages to or discrepancies in the product must be reported within 5 days of its delivery. Ensure that you specify the order number, a brief description of the problem, along with a picture of the product.
- Cigman doesn’t accept responsibility for products delivered to an incorrect address given by the sender. Hence, we strongly recommend you to check your shipping information multiple times and confirm your order only after you are sure that everything is correct.
Warranty
The laser tool passed rigorous and comprehensive product inspection. We are confident of the quality of our products and offer outstanding guarantee for professional users of the products.
We offer 3 Year Limited Warranty from date of purchasing provided that:
- Proof of purchase
- Fair wear and tear
- Have not repaired by unauthorized persons
- Has not been misused
Defective products will be repaired or replaced, free of charge or at our discretion, if sent together with proof of purchase to our authorized distributor(s)
This Warranty does not cover:
- Faults caused by accidental damage
- Failure to use according to manufacturers’ instructions
- Defects caused by maintenance or renovation without our authorization
- Calibration and care are not covered by warranty
Note:
- To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable under this Warranty for indirect or consequential loss resulting from faults in this product.
- Repair or replacement under this Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.
- This warranty is limited to purchased customers, and is not permitted to transfer this warranty to other third parties.
- This Warranty may not be varied without our authorization.
- Cigman will provide free replacement of new products for customers who have problems with the product within three months of purchase. If the product has problems within the scope of warranty after three months, Cigman will provide new products as a replacement, but customers need to bear the corresponding shipping costs.
