CIGMAN ships with FedEx, DHL,UPS etc for our customers .

Shipping Time

Usually 3-7 working days to United Stated and Europe, 15-30 working days to other country.  

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Generally, we deliver the package from the FBA Warehouse of the United States, Europe, Japan and Australia.

• Processing time: 1-2 working days
• Shipping time: 2-5 working days

If there is no stock in the warehouse, we need to deliver the goods from the factory, which will take 14 business days.

• Processing time: 2-4 working days
• Shipping time: 8-20 working days(ship from factory)

Shipping Area

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Cigman.com doesn't ship internationally, but we ship to most country.

Cancelled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 03:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@cigman.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
